Capabilities

Everything an IT team needs to step in — safely.

A complete remote-support stack: connect, capture, collaborate, and keep a record of every action.

Consent-first remote control

No session begins without explicit, on-screen approval from the person at the keyboard. Consent is the default, not an afterthought.

GPU-level capture with fallback

A four-tier capture pipeline degrades gracefully across GPU, display, and software paths so you never lose the picture mid-session.

Multi-operator sessions

Bring in a second engineer as controller or viewer. Hand off control cleanly while everyone watches the same live screen.

End-to-end encrypted P2P

Sessions run over encrypted WebRTC peer-to-peer channels. Pixels and keystrokes stay between operator and endpoint.

Live monitoring & takeover

Supervise active sessions in real time and take over instantly when an escalation needs a senior hand on the controls.

Audit trail & observability

Every connection, consent grant, and control handoff is logged to an immutable audit trail your compliance team can rely on.

Appointment & booking scheduling

Customers book a support window that fits their schedule. Cognify confirms the slot and reminds both sides before it starts.

SMS & email session notifications

Consent-based appointment confirmations, reminders, and operator support messages by SMS — with email always available as an alternative.

Built for regulated industries

Data-protection controls, retention policies, and consent records designed for healthcare, finance, and public-sector IT.

How it works

From booking to audit log in four steps.

1

Book a session

Schedule a support window through the booking form, entering your contact details and preferred time.

2

Get confirmation

Receive a confirmation by email and — if you opted in — SMS. Both reminders carry your session details.

3

Operator connects

At your appointment, an operator requests access. The session only starts after your explicit on-screen consent.

4

Encrypted & logged

The session runs end-to-end encrypted, is monitored in real time, and is written to an immutable audit log.

Note SMS is just one of several notification channels. Email is always available as an alternative — you never have to opt in to text messages to use Cognify.

Security & trust

Trusted by IT teams across regulated industries.

Security isn't a tier — it's the foundation every Cognify session is built on.

Encrypted

End-to-end encrypted peer-to-peer sessions over WebRTC. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Consent-gated

No remote connection is possible without explicit, affirmative consent from the endpoint user.

Audit-logged

Every session and consent event is recorded to a tamper-evident audit trail for full accountability.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you text me?
Yes — but only with your consent. If you opt in, Cognify sends transactional appointment and support-session notifications by SMS (confirmations, reminders, and operator messages tied to your booking). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our SMS Terms for full details.
How do I stop receiving texts?
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We honor opt-out requests promptly, send a single confirmation, and then stop messaging you. You can also email usacognify@gmail.com.
Do you sell my information?
No. Your mobile information, SMS opt-in, and consent data are never sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third parties — and never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Is SMS required?
No. SMS is entirely optional. Email is always available as an alternative for every notification, so you can use Cognify fully without ever opting in to text messages.
What kind of messages will I receive?
Transactional, customer-care messages only: appointment and booking confirmations, reminders, and operator support-session updates. Cognify does not run an SMS marketing program — you will never receive promotional texts.
How do remote sessions stay secure?
Sessions run over end-to-end encrypted peer-to-peer WebRTC channels and never start without your explicit on-screen consent. Every connection and consent event is written to an immutable audit log, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who operates Cognify?
Cognify is an enterprise remote IT support and monitoring service. For privacy, support, or opt-out questions, email usacognify@gmail.com.
Can multiple engineers join one session?
Yes. Cognify supports multi-operator sessions with distinct controller and viewer roles, plus live takeover so a senior engineer can step in on an escalation without dropping the connection.
